Season Kick Off

Hey Y’all

Welcome back to the Mis-Bee-Hivin Blog!

The team and I have fully celebrated our Best of Tangi Award in style by taking a limo to Texas de Brazil. So much food, so much fun and as always, lots of laughter.

We left the photography to our driver and server that night so excuse the quality (even though our vision wasn’t much better after a couple celebratory toasts haha).

Now that we’ve unwound, we are back to business and prepping for the Christmas minis by brainstorming ideas for themes and set ups. Also, we’ve begun planning for the boudoir minis on Jan 11th-13th. If you’d like more info about this, please send over an email and we can add you to the mailing list. Details will be sent over as soon as things are finalized and we can begin booking!

Kim and Josh Wand

This couple stepped outside of the box and did a more fun and casual couples shoot that showcased their personality and gave us a glimpse into their love story.

Former New Orleanians, Josh and Kim, moved to Tampa (Josh’s hometown) but had to make the trip for the first Bucaneers vs. Saints game in the Superdome! As opposing team supporters, they are still keeping the flirty fun alive 3 years after the wedding.

I met with the duo before the game to shoot in front of the Dome and along the iconic streets surrounding Manning’s (a popular sports bar and grill) on the romantic and iconic Fulton Street. The cobblestone and greenery were a perfect setting against their rival jerseys.

Choosing your shoot ideas should be something that feels comfortable and natural to you both. When you’re in your element, it’s easy to capture the chemistry and happiness. It was a pleasure shooting with Kim and Josh and hopefully you caught some inspiration for your next shoot!

Kicking off this season in style,
